Everything is in order now, only one problem, x is 1mm under travel, mean I have to add 1mm to achieve desired position.

Hi Ajay,

Assuming your controller is 04PC ......check adjust the X axis Grid shift Parameter No. 82 ......

the value of this parameter can be positive or negative ......... ( Note the initial value ) and change as per your requirement.

The machine is working fine now, but some time we are facing a problem... the holding down clamps will not come down to hold the sheet while repositioning and alarm 2042 W Dog Timer (M10-01ExEcMF TF-EF) appears on the controller.
