The codes definitely state remove all motive power in the case of an E-stop.
A VFD e-stop in the FWD command is definitely not code, it requires the recommended contactor drop out.
The Haas I have worked on have a 24v control circuit for the system stop start that engages the spindle controller. and main power.
I guess you don't have the contactor on the VFD supply as just about all the VFD manuals suggest, including Huanyang?
You will probably see the requirement for Safety Relays in the future, as is required in Europe.

What was stated in the above Posts where for Killrmodz before I knew he had the C32 Board which already has everything he needs

All my control systems use 24V and everything has the necessary contactors, including the VFD, that are needed for correct safety requirements, for any country in the world even the requirement for Europe, I do export so know what requirements are needed

Their VFDs are the Huanyang . This thread is all about those VFDs. They work fine if you set them up right. They also sell KLs which seem to be a little better quality ( at least visually-no personal experience with them). In my experience Automation technology's customer support is good. I have talked on the phone with them and they have addressed any product concerns and needs. So far whatever I have bought from them has worked fine and has been of good quality. You can buy the same thing on eBay and pay $20 less, but you get questionable quality even though it could be the same brand of item. Its like rolling dice. You could be fine, or you could have issues. Good luck troubleshooting or returning an item once bought on eBay. I have experienced good and bad with eBay. I now choose carefully my battles... I am not sure what part of the world you live in, but I am sure that the customer service response could vary depending on your location. If you live in the US things are going to be handled faster that if you live, for example in Greece.

On the other hand, the cnc conversion kit business is incredibly difficult to work with. My personal experience has shown me this. Their product is of great quality and you get more for the money you spent, but the wait, and the drama of dealing with the owner made me reconsider my purchase. I knew about the drama prior of me placing my purchase based on other posts, and still became increadibly frustrated.
Any way, I hope that helps

Follow this thread especially from post #41 to now, I have 110VAC spindle but mine is 800W and my VFD is for 110VAC input

Thanks for the tip, I read through the thread and followed the suggested settings by mactec54 and still no luck. I have tried many suggested configurations and none seem to work, I have reset VFD many times and started from scratch and haven't had anything that doesn't produce the error code E.OC.A. I am thinking there are some settings I need to adjust that are different because my spindle is 110v and 1.5kw, my manual only lists a 220v version existing but the spindle is confirmed 110v from seller and from testing.

I have never seen a 110v 1.5Kw spindle and don't think there was one, check to see if the spindle is etched with the spindle spec's

You need to set the VFD with the settings I provided or you will damage the spindle or the VFD

The EOCA could be 2 things you have a short in your wiring from the VFD to the spindle, or the spindle windings could be damaged

Or something as simple as increasing the ramp up time Parameter PD014

What you have is a over current draw from the spindle PD142 may need to be increased it should be 7 but don't go over 9 or you will fry the spindle

The first thing you have to check is the spindle wiring before you do any other changes

So set the Parameters correct and check you wiring

If your spindle is 110v and 1.5Kw then yes it needs a different Amp setting PD142 would have to be 12
by what I just found for a spindle like this

But don't do this change unless you are sure of the spindle spec's or this number would fry it on startup
