I had the same issue with mine. I solved it my entering first the values backwards. First PD005=400, then PD004=400 and last PD003=400. Try that and see if it works. Also, try first setting the second digit 050.00, meaning the five change it to a one like this 010.00, and then move the cursor to the first digit to the left. It should now take the 4 number digit and it should show 400.00.

This is usually not a problem, some have just had to do a few extra, Factory Resets, and that usually solves this, but you found another way, if it works it's something else to try if someone still has a problem after doing multiple resets
