Buddy asked me if I could do the letter in blue “G” for his priest as he said wanted to add it on the speaker’s booth and add lights around it..he aske it at 10”x10” out of wood as I suggest than out of aluminum.
you could try a 1/16 ball nose but there will still be some. I usually just use my drimel or sand it by hand. If you figure out a way to get rid of the please let me know
All I need is the dxf and I would try to do some milling with it and cut as deep as I can go then bandsaw the waste and use the pattern router bit and finish it off on my router table....
Yes I will post the part and I will ask him to send me the finish project!
Becikeja,
The quality of image you posted is so poor it would be difficult for anyone to do a conversion unless they spent hours tracing it first.
Sometimes it only takes a few minutes to do a web search and find a high quality image, that would help us enormously.

Thanks for the response Jeff. I have been googling, but haven't found anything yet. Ill keep looking
Becikeja,
Ok, you get a "A" for effort, plus the better half and I both have cement mixers (we also ride Harleys) so here is a 115 year anniversary gift for all you knuckleheads.
Make sure you post an image of your finished project!
Have a most awesome evening!

Hello,
I am wondering if someone can help me with a bit of artistic skill? I am doing a yard art plasma job for a bloke and the images I am working with are poor. Add to that I need to 'combine' parts of two dissimilar images.
The first image ( In PDF file attached) is of the man's father on horseback taken sometime in the 1920's or 30's I believe. The second image provides some detail of the fathers face which I need to transpose into the horseback image.
What I lack are the skills to transform the facial features into something that will look good as a plasma cut out on a sheet of steel. I have drawn the horse and rider with a few extra details and optimised it for plasma but my attempts at facial features are dismal, DXF of this is also attached.
I would be eternally grateful for some help in getting the face turned into something 'cuttable' and not too rudimentary.
Thank in advance,
Richard.

Wondering if someone could make this into a .dfx or something usable.
Thanks
