Have you bought all that electronic stuff already, or are you asking us what to buy? If it's the latter, I'd advise against those drivers; there are long threads here about how badly they work (Here's one:

Also, it's not likely that you'll find any NEMA 23 motors that will run well on 12v current; their inductance will require more voltage (at least twice that) to run with any speed (which you need if you're going to cut wood and not just burn it). Your Chinese seller was telling the truth; this system is not going to work well, if at all. Look for motors with as low an inductance as possible; 32 times the square root of the inductance in mH gives you the right voltage to supply for optimal performance at speed. Get drivers that can handle that much power with a little room to spare.
