Hi. I have an OKUMA LCC15 on the OSP500L-G, built in 1995. When turned on, 13 CPU-ALARM INTERRUPT ERROR appears on the screen. I ask for help in troubleshooting this problem.

I have an Okuma mcm-b bridge mill with an OSP 700m control. I am getting a 923-11 alarm P SVP sa communication error MAaxis 2. We replaced the tool changer servo and the fiber optic cables which were damaged but we are still giving the alarm it looks like we need a new SVP board or the control PCB if you have any good suggestions or help I would greatly appreciate it and it sound for almost 2 weeks we've paid two different technicians over 20 hours of pay to come in here and not get anywhere

Yes I did. I believe the svp board related to the servo drive we replaced was also bad. I switched it with one of the others and the alarm followed it to the same board and card #6. We ordered a new one it should be here tomorrow and hopefully our problem will be solved

We had to replace the drive and the SVP board associated with that drive. That got rid of our alarms but now we are getting a memory error and I'm trying to figure out if we need to reload the floppy disks
