My test cut comes up short so I can’t proceed cutting the actual parts. Anyone know what to do to fix this issue? Test part is programmed 100mm x 100mm but the outcome is 100x97 mm short on the bevel side (+45 knife bevel). Please help. Thanks!

If your control allows add additional material offset.
I find keeping long point on top of plate when possible gives more accurate results. Also cutting square sides last.
