    The Fault code could be a wiring problem, did you wire this or was it done in the factory, Don't keep trying it until you check the wiring it could be missing a Phase

    I realise this is an old post but it appeared on a Google search for me and I believe I may have a soluton for anyone with the same problem. check the 2 compressed air lines aren't around the wrong way on the spindle inputs leading to the spindle being continuously locked when compressed air is connected or disconnected and expelling air when air is connected. spindle lock would cause that error code.
