Hi All,

I am looking for a supplier or importer in AU that can provide a CNC machine to cut EPS or PIR refrigeration panel.

Panel thickness varies between 75mm and 150mm with a 0.6mm metal skin.

Ideally this would consist of a bed of around 4m long by 1.5m wide with a gantry using either laser or traditional router and saw blade.

The panels are required for small buildings so i need a machine to cut out widows, doors and electrical penetrations etc.

if without steel parts ,thickness is witih 100mm , chose digital knife or hot wire cutting machine .

suggest 75 to 100mm use Pneumatic oscillating cutter head? cutting edge will be very smooth .


100 to 150mm , choose spindle , whole Z axis working area will be 400mm , foam 150mm , router bits 160mm ,
What do think this solution ?
