I got alarm #360 "milling fitting alarm" anyone seen this one before it's not in any of our manuals??? this stops the cycle and places the mach. in single blk mode.



any help would be appreciated

I had same problem with tool chnage in auto mode,in mdi no problem , #360 milling fitting alarm comes after tool change in memory mode.

Please guide what is solution for it.

Late update for the solution.

There is pneumatic air gap pressure switch used for the milling clamp, which is mounted on the top of the turret. Replace with new one and solve the problem.
