Exclamation CNC 4th axis cutting issues

    Hello experts,

We are cutting pockets in aluminum in the MAKino S56 with 4th axis KOMA rotary table.

    We are facing cutting issues.
    please see the picture.
we just upgraded the table from a lower model to the top of the line KOMA rotary table.

while cutting an oval pocket ,the cut is not smooth at the top and bottom where A changes its direction,

We checked the backlash on both X and A, and they are perfect as this is the newly upgraded rotary table.

The question is what could be causing these cutting issues.

1- Do the programs need to be updated?
2- Does it have anything to do with the post processor (using Mastercm).
3 - or the Parameters need to be changed/tweaked, and if yes, which ones.

The Koma technicians were on site and did the laser calibration of the rotary table, showing no signs of issues.

I belive there could be 2 things
1 your Gcode is not correct (no way to know unless i see it how you post your code)
2 your C axis has back lash problems and might need to be sorted..(this is most likley problem)
    good luck
