Trying to get an LC3024 running

I'm a relatively inexperienced hobbyist. I took a CNC class in high school 15 years ago and I've put together a cheap Chinese laser engraver then converted it to run on GRBL with the help of online guides. So, I have some knowledge base, but it is limited.
As the title says, I recently acquired a well used LC3024 and am looking to get it operational. It did not come with the computer or PCI card. Before I spend any money on those parts, I wanted to make sure the control box powered up, and so far I've gotten nothing. Either it's dead, or there's something not plugged in that should be. I've been trying to find pictures of the LC control box to see if mine has some wires jumbled around, but haven't had much luck there.
The machine has the vacuum table upgrade installed, and for some reason has an "IO riser card" with only the spindle control plugged into it. The vacuum pump was not included so I unplugged the associated wiring.
Can anyone give me some insight on how to get this powered up?
If I can't get the control box to power on I will be looking at updating to more modern control, intending to keep the original dc servos.

Re: Trying to get an LC3024 running

    Hello,

We are happy to help. We fully support your machine, 100%. Parts repairs upgrades etc. 7 days a week. You aren't getting any lights because you need the PCI card in order to get some lights. My suggestion is if you're interested that we send you the PCI card on loan. If it gets you up and running then you pay for it and keep it. If further problems show up after you do that, you can either return the card only being out shipping costs or we can evaluate the other parts and fix them. Unlikely that it would cost tremendous amounts of money to fix the machine especially if you send us some pictures and we can identify what's going on with the machine it will help us determine if it's obvious that something else is going wrong or not. Let me know what you think and if you're interested. Thank you very much.
All of our work and parts are guaranteed for 5 years.
