Isn't it just oxidation? It happens on most metals when heated.

I've added a RSS widget to my blog.

If anyone has a website or blog that wants to add all the latest DXF Downloads, from www.mydxf.blogspot.com

It's very simple to add the widget to your site/blog, just click the "Get Widget" button at the bottom of the widget on my blog (right sidebar), then follow the link to get the code. You can change the look & size to fit your own site/blog ( http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/free-cnc-dxf-files ).

Once you place the code on your site/blog, that's all you need to do, everytime I post a new DXF File on my blog the widget should automatically update.

Sorry for the delay replying, working overtime and gots to keep hobby projects moving of course.

How much do you know about Autocad? I tried the offset trick and autocad wouldn't let me offset a polyline. I have a different file I am trying to do the same thing on now, and I had to explode the letters and offset each (of many) entities. Very time consuming, any ideas?

I am still getting compliments on the project for the church. Thanks again.

AutoCAD can be picky at times when using offsets, especially when the offset will intersect itself. If your dealing with closed shapes, try using pedit to close the polyline if it's not allready. Also, zoom in very close to pick a more accurate offset location, If not zoomed in close enough, AutoCAD can get confused by the location you pick.
