the nema 23s on the techno will work do they have a model number, you will need to know what wire is what phase. sounds difficult it isn't!! look for model number we can get specs from that. i am a fan of the 201's and basically because i have a few and they are smooth!! gecko has a forum here on cnc zone and marris (gecko) responds to it, he can tell you better than i call gecko as well they are very helpfull! i have also used keling and john is pretty knowledgable as well

Jim: there are a bunch of numbers off the steppers on post # 5 of this thread. Are one of these the model number? Or do I have to look further?

this has been discussed here before,

    http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showth...t=31604&page=2

do not disconect your existing motors or drivers with out first photographing the wiring

if you can show us the wiring coming out of the motor and the wiring at the driver

we can tell a lot from that

This uses 9 pin connectors on the cable from the control box to the motors.
