    You don't have enough precision in your CAM output. You need to get it to add enough places after the decimal. Here are the recommendations in the EMC2 docs:

    Another way to fix this is to set the CAM package to output the radius (R word) instead of incremental offset to arc center (I and J words). (Not all CAM packages have this option.)
