Your welcome. I had original manuals for Rover 23 but it consist of about 500 pages, 95% things average user never need. So i used posted manuals which are much better and had them by machine for quick reference. Will they be usefull to you?

Oh, and you could try mail to biesse ask for manuals or to who ever makes controller. Maybe they have versions better for your machine.

sarus. the 410 controller requires each tool to be specified in the tool configurations. every router bit, every drill
    have you done this?

you either need to arrange a day of training on the machine or buy the manuals from biesse. you will really struggle without this!

the manual has programming etc in one manual and a full book of fault codes without which you will be lost. it costs roughly £130 from biesse uk. as far as i know its not available on pdf unless anyone has copied it

the rotation is set for each tool in tool configurations. they can be selected as clockwise or counterclockwise.
also for drills the drill must be handed, the holder with groove cut rotate opposite to the ones without groove. use the correct hand drills!
have you ensured your 3 phase is correct? ie. check the rotation direction of the vacuum pump..
there should be no need to swap any wires about if vacuum pump is spinning in the right direction.

use the tsk button to get your program list on screen
press the window key. (next to tsk key) you should get a list pop up.
    cursor down to edit config
tool config. should drop you a list down
you can use config active to change from config1, 2, 3 etc which would be for different tooling options for different jobs etc. program showing hc1 requires you edit config 1 etc. hc2 is config 2 etc
go to router table. set each tool you will use up here, diameter, length, speed, rotation etc. use the long table option to change all parameters.
do the same in drill table
you have 5 slots or tool change positions. each can be edited with correct tool for that slot.
when you finish press exit, type the word CNI and press exit. this should save what you change

setting up the drills is a lot more complex to explain in text here

did your machine come with any tooling installed?
were there any drill bits etc in the holders?
if so, these were likely to already set up in the tooling tables so dont change those items. look at them and use thir configuration for referance
