This should be what you are looking for.
Del
ill show the electrician it looks grat to me though thanks a million
I f those prints don't match let us know. There were a number of different versions of the EZtrack control wired by a number of different companies for bridgeport...all of them had different prints. Does the machine have a facotry flatpanel lcd monitor (not an aftermarket one)? Where is the floppy drive located on the machine?
the machine is a Bridgeport Rapid 8 model.
No rapid 8 is the power drawbar. If the ez trak prints that were posted do not match your mill you will have to help identify which version of eztrak you have. Rather than going off on a tangent it would be easier if you tried to answer the questions I asked in the last post. The other option is to forget abouthaving an electrician look at it and call in a cnc technician who is familiar with eztraks and likely has the prints already.
Its been fixed the lube pump was causing the fault. To answer your questions there is no lcd or floppy drive on this machine. the only label is ez-trak on the control box. This machine is about 27 years old.
Do these apply to an EZ-Trak DX 2000 with 3-axis? Also, do you have access to a service manual for this model? thanks.
Probably a EZTRAK by Southwestern industries.
George
(Note: The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not necessarily those of CNCzone and its management)
Where would I be able to find a service manual for a Bridgeport EZ-Trak DX (built in 2000)?
