The crossmember on RaptorXZ is 1x5 inch. The Predator has 1.5.

Some new info on 4x4 machine is also on the forum . Here is final design for 2 25mm rails and 2510 ballscrew.
Will be one of the most accurate , fastest with optional pitch ballscrew , superior strength and easy to move around for people with limited shop space
