    Hello

The site for the payment is now working, but despite my mails, forum is still broken and as usual no reply from Andy.

I even wonder if he reads them because I have alerted him at least 5 times (and certainly more) about a license that he forgot to send... since February, without result...

It does look like Andy lost interest in this CamBam endeavour. David, I'm glad you saved all those plugins so they are not completely gone after Andy decides to close the website all together..

    Hi folks!
    It's me - Ivan, i.e. Dragonfly.

I've been thinking if David could persuade Andy to make one final effort and supply David with a copy of the forum full backup then David, if willing, might install it on his website. And the rest of us can contribute some money to pay the hosting fees.
Or create a brand new web hosting. Annual prices are quite acceptable.
Losing the original forum is a great loss - so many things there contributed by the CB community.

P.S. With some effort, managed to restore my old account here

Here's a thing; Andy provided the cambam forum but the bulk of the information it contains was provided by the users. You would think therefore that it's not solely up to Andy as to what happens to it, he should ask the users.
I do not understand how he thinks it's okay for him to go 'off grid', if he's not interested any more then just get it sorted and move on.

Unfortunately, I can't get any reply from Him since October 2023 ... tons of messages send, but no reply for any of them ...

It's really a shame. I've seen it happen before but can't say I understand the mindset at all. If he's lost interest in the software, why not sell it? If he's lost interest in the forum, turn it over to someone who hasn't. Unless he has passed away, it's a supremely inconsiderate thing to do to the contributing community and the Mods/Admins that have donated their time through the years. I for one sincerely appreciate your and the other Mods/Admin's support of the forum.

    Best,
    Kelly

    It's me - 'Bubba'

Agree with all comments above, and willing to financially support the CamBam forum. Losing it would be tough to take..
