Hello people I'm not sure what kind of machinery most of you guys use, myself I'm in the glass industry and we have a few cnc type machines where I work we have a router edging cnc that does brilliant cutting as well as complex shapes and a waterjet which is pretty cool anyway here are a couple of dxf files I've drawn up some of you may have a use for them.

What programs did you use to creat it?

keep your toolbit at the CENTER TOP. Tool used 3mm ball nose with about 10% stepover... check your IPM i used 100IPM. The code is in metric unit...any info i will help.
I generated the code in ARTCAM PRO...

This is the coolest thread I have seen on here so far. I had to post here so it would be in CP list and be easy for me find again. I'm in the process of retro-ing a BPII clone and can't wait to try some of these files and hopefully contribute some as well.

the dragon was done with a waterjet at a low cutting pressure so that it wouldn't go thru the 19mm thick glass and the shape was done by a technometal 4 axis cnc which does routing / edging & brilliant cutting.

today I had a crack at brilliant cutting the horse dxf I drew it came out not too bad although the polishing was a bit ordinary.
also I had a quick attempt at drawing a HQ holden it probably needs a little more work but I think I've had too many cold ones tonight to keep going, any enjoy the dxf if it's any use to anyone.
