Notice that -QF23 is the overload breaker for:
AC 110V Control circuit
(Contactor, Relay, Valves control)
this is a 7 amp trip.
if there is MORE than 7 amps going through the breaker, then the breaker is doing its job...find the short and fix it.
If there is LESS than 7 amps (significantly) then the breaker is faulty, replace it.
