RFQ: turned externals on aluminium tube

    Material: 1.5" OD (38.1mm) x ~32mm ID aluminum tube (6061?). ie. 1.5" diameter with 3mm wall thickness.

Simple turning of the OD, nothing needed internally. Basically a 120mm long tube with the first 80mm turned down to 36mm OD, the rest skimmed off for a smooth finish, and some cosmetic grooves added (dimensions don't need to be accurate, just consistent).
Would like a nice clean finish on these, and preferably the sharp edges taken off a bit; not sure how to represent this on the drawing (I'm not a CAD person).

The design could be expanded to include some milling and drilling, depending on quotes.

    Quantity: 5/10/50/100
I'm expecting to require about 20 of these a month if production goes ahead. There are several other required pieces to be quoted on in the future.

Location: I'm in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, so would prefer an Aus based machinist, but depends on costing and time; I'm quite happy to receive bulk lots from overseas if the price is right and they can be delivered in a timely manner (I'll be working with a JIT production strategy, but can stockpile common parts like this one)

You can contact me via email: lee at baudalign dot com
and I'll be checking in here every now and then.

Sorry, that should be 75mm (as per diagram), not 80mm

Just a quick note of thanks to those that have provided quotes, I'm now in talks with a machine shop in Western Australia (not sure of his username here).
