Exclamation ES 4020, OSP 700M Vertical Mill, Photocell Switch shorted out

The photocell that tells the machine when the tool is in position during the tool change, shorted out and has knocked out the control circuit. Now I don't have any power to any of the swithes. Can anybody tell me where I can reset the control circuit?

Most likely a 24vdc supply has been knocked out, if you have the machine schematics it should indicate a fuse or breaker, possibly on either side of the supply, AC in and DC out.
If the short is still present, it can put a switching supply in shut down until the short is removed.

We found the breaker, it is nonresetable. We have 117 volts on the AC side and 0 volts on the DC side. I'm going to try to find one. Thank you for your help. The photocell plug got coolant inside and shorted the connection. I bought a new photocell and new plug & wire.
