Procedure for moving off hard stop ( Lathe)

    Hi Guys

I had an alarm and my machine needs to come off the hard stop.. What is the procedure for doing this?? I want to do it without turning the ball screws by hand.. I have a 2ndls switch which is lit.. What is the power up sequence and also what swithes and or buttons need to be manuipulated at the same time ..

    Thanks Chips

I'm not familiar with that machine... maybe someone else out there is.

Many machine builders put an OT Release switch in the control cabinet, or even on the front panel.

Hold down the 2ndls switch, press control on, wait for the drives, press reset, and use the pulse handle to jog off the limit. Release 2ndls
