Anyone knows something about dongle key damage?
I can't reinstall my lasercut 5.3 software because a warning of missing INSt WIZ 3 EXE file shows up. but file Is there. I changed PC, O.S, Installer, and the problem goes on. The only common object present is dongle key. Any advisory PLEASE?

Would you like to close your machine antivirus software to reinstall again? maybe it can be help.

As for dongle,if the red light on dongle is on, then usally no problem with it,

Yes, it seems the problem that the antivirus and firewall caused. Please shut down them and try installing again.

Reason :the antivirs program or the firewall is on. It would be considered as virus ,so the software could not be installed .
Solution: Close the antivirs program and the firewall . Reinstall .
Caution : do not delete any files in the lasercut by antivirs program .

Thanks to everybody, I'll try suggestions, and I'm pretty clear that my problem isn't a burned dongle, red light is OK and windows recognize and identify it.
Regarding to antivirus, I just format my pc and I havent one installed yet, but Windows firewall is active..it may rejecting install, for sure !!
Confirming epilog tomorrow, same channel...:wee:
