    Cool COOL ENGINE

Take a look at this site to see a really unusual engine. Click on the "cce theory" button. Lots of neat pictures in the photo gallery.
    Food for thought.

Looks like a cross between a Wankle & a Two stroke. Many years ago there was an Australian guy that made an engine he called an "Orbital" engine. It was an improvement on the Wankle design. Wondered what happened to that project.......

    Klox,
I did some parts for "Orbital" about 6 - 7 years ago third party.
They where oil pump parts. A disc/plunger assemble out of 4140HT. Had to hold .0002 flatness on the face of them. Had a double groove in the face for some kind of cam action. Real pain in the butt. Glad that job went away.
