Sure, make a very expensive mandrel. Which might be a bit price prohibitive depending on the quantity you actually need?

You don't mention the cross section of the material, but if it is not too stiff, and you have a heavy duty lathe, (with a very slow speed) you could wind it like winding a custom spring. You can wrap it around a threaded mandrel at your desired pitch, or wind it with a "spacer" like this:
