G83 - setting a speed of returning from the hole?

Hello, can anybody advice me please, how can I change a rapid speed of returning the drill from the hole in cycle G83? When the drill is returning from the last peck to the R position, the speed is so fast that machine is pretty much "shaking". And does anybody know which parameter sets this limit of speed for the each one of axes.

the controller has a rapid over ride right ? if so turn it down . I would look of any know-en problems like the z adapter between the servo and screw getting loose (like a fadel) other then that the machine should be made to run like that .

Specify a lower rapid traverse rate. On 0i it is parameter 1420.

Program it long hand, no G83

it can also be used as a sub, for multiple holes

    ie
    Code:
    G1 Z-20. F100.
    Z3.
    Z-19.5
    Z-30. F100
    Z3. F2000
    Z-29.5
    Z-40. F100.
    Z3. F2000.
    G0 Z50.

Thanks to everybody for help, I checked that #1420 and compared value to the machine catalog data and find out there were set a maximum (40m/min). Mira
