Just figure what the max gap and min gap are based on the allowable tolerances, then you can find the answer. Its a simple problem regarding tolerance stackups.

    How old are you?
    Is this for a class?
    Did you ask your teacher?

Lets say I have a 10mm+/-1mm hole. That means it could be 9mm or it could be 11mm or anywhere in between. If you wanted a pin to fit the hole for sure, you would have to make it slightly smaller than 9mm. Lets say 8.9mm. That means your clearance between the pin and hole could be anything between 0.1mm and 2.1mm depending on where the hole size falls on the tolerance range. You have a similar problem here.

The conditions that produce the smallest gap are thin fork (99.8) and thick sheave (30.2). This gives a gap of 69.6

Minus the 1mm minimum clearance is 68.6.

Divided by 2 spacers means the widest the spacer can be (upper limit) is 34.3

More than I would have given him.

Obvious lack of willingness to learn and only wants the answer to turn in tomorrow at school. How about you try it and we can correct your work? You think you are the first person to try to get someone on the internet to do your homework for you?

It will serve you far better in the future if you display an effort to solve the problem on your own and formulate your questions clearly, using correct grammar. I tried to explain what was being asked without doing your problem for you, now you have half of it worked out for you, and you still refuse to try?
