(SHOW 'N' TELL) What have you made with your CNC machine?

I would love to see a thread that consisted soley of things you made with your CNC machine.
Here is how I would like to see the thread run.

1)All posts must contain at least one picture.

    2) All pictures must have a brief description of what the project is all about.

    3) You cannot make a post commenting on others submissions ( This will stop the thread going off on a tangent)

    4) Any post that does not comply with the above rules will be deleted

    5) You can make as many seperate post about different projects as you like.

    6) If you post in this thread you agree to the rules, and will accept the fact that any post that did not follow the rules will be deleted. ( Just to keep the thread pure)

    7) If you already have talked about your work in another thread, you may still post the picture and description here, and you may also post a link to the thread that applies.

NOTE: There have been threads like this b4, however they have fizzled out due to the tangent factor.

I will start the ball rolling and lets see what happens.

Recently I did a project for this guy who wanted to make a spiderman suit. He had the fabric already printed up, but wanted to have the webs on the suit raised, as on the real suit. His idea was to cast the webs out of urathane into a mould. I was given the job of V bit engraving the pattern into MDF. The tip of the V Bit was ground off to give a flat on the V.

    Here is the results.

Last year I subcontracted for a crowd who made wall aquariums. It was my job to cut the frames for them. I finished up cutting a few hundred frames for them.
The frames were made out of MDF with an aluminium veneer glued to it.

Here are some examples of what I cut.

I did not make this, another member here did. But since this thread is long burried and many new members have not seen it, I would like to re-introduce it.
    This thread really inspired me.

Per Benny's request, here the framework for a wood paneled soffit that went above a reception desk in a hospital.
There are 8 sections, each over 4ft long at the outside. I'll see if I can find a finished pic on Monday.

Does it have to be with my cnc machine or....a haas?
I have a few items and will start with mine,
first one is some fender spacers for a chopper, next with the chess set I have started, Peltier coolers(2 pics), Mini Lathe conversion and kit(in my store), and lastly for this post, my rotary table conversion kit(in my store).
I have 2 items from work, one I made and one I didn't which both will be sent up over 100,000ft by NASA soon

I am scraping the bottom of the barrel with things I have made. ( I havnt made much variety. This pillar was cut out of chipboard, blue plastic was stuck behind, and lights inserted. It looked better in real life.
The silver letters were cut out of the same material as the aquariums.

Here is one of my products made entirely in cad and cnc. I did not build the machine but I did the electronics retrofit and the upgrade to Mach2.
