need help my okuma osp 700m is frozen.
the atc operation not responding.
I try to shut down reset etc.
but nothing fix my problem.
help me please!

for the future never reset or shutdown in that case, because you lose a lot of conditions.
What to do now.
Take a sheet of paper, pencil and investigate. You need sequence number and status (position) of each (ATC) part involved in that step.
Go to read on manual, what status must be for this step to complete.
go to machine again and check if these conditions are met or - if no damage if you will command next step without satisfying the conditions.
Next step or step back is possible to go in two ways:
1. 'interlock release' key together with 'step forward' or 'step back' key
2. key in in parameters the required present sequence number
Normally you can use 'step forward' or 'step back' command without interlock release, but after reset and shutdown
