So, i got our TM2 configured for the laser, got our old rotary table working and calibrated. I would like to back up all the parameters on to a USB stick. Anyone have an idea how to back up parameters on the USB? It's a 2011 TM2 Btw.

Thanks all!
Will do it first thing in the AM.
Glad I found this thread!! Thanks Ken.
I just did a backup of the offsets on a 15 month or so old VF2SS. I opened it in cimco edit and all of the numbers are there. As far as loading these values back onto the machine when we re-run this job, what is the procedure? When I saved the file, I just called it 'offsets' and there is no .TXT or .NC or extension. What should I change the extension to to reload the offsets? I've checked the HAAS manual and it is sorely lacking in info :-(
Whether it's parameters or offsets, loading them back in is easy. When you select save all it saves multiple files with different file extensions. Here is an example list:
VF-2.par
VF-2.ofs
VF-2.set
VF-2.pgm
VF-2.var
If you want to reload just the offsets, follow this procedure:
press LIST PROG
select the USB
Select the file
press F4
select LOAD OFFSETS
press WRITE/ENTER
Thanks,
