Hi,

I'm working on designing a few small projects.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a software which lists all clearance holes and c'bores, c'sinks sizes for bolts/screws.

I know high end design softwares (Solidworks, Inventor) have this built in but I am not using any of these...

I measure the bolt/screw and make my hole a bit bigger, etc...

This is only to be used for a few small projects so expensive solutions are unfortunately not an option...

All the information is available via google, why do you need software its basically reference material? Just keep a pdf file handy...

Save yourself some money and pick up a used copy (or last year's edition on remainder) of Machinery's on eBay or Amazon. The content changes slowly from edition to edition and certainly the dimensions of standard fasteners (and thus the holes they go in) have been unchanged for decades.

The bolt/screw manufacturers have "slide charts" with your needed info on them. Mine are from Holo-Krome. Since I'm in the USofA, I use both English and Metric.LOL
