    Thanks To Gus & George/Machintek

Just a quick thanks guys for the help with my interact 1 mk2 with 2500 control, just got around to doing some serious playing around(18 Months ago the problem surfaced) with the y axis that came up with the gross position y axis error at anything programed above 2000ipm.Great learning curve, it worked out to be largely the tac brushes that had been all gummed up with way oil that slipped in through a bad seal on the back of the motor, after going through the entire routine of cleaning and resetting the drive train including ajusting and cleaning the gib and ways and ajusting the y axis limits and also the tacho pots which were all pretty straight forward thanks to these guys, shes up and running just like a beauty.

yup lived with that problem for years until I dropped the servo motor while cleaning it and broke the magnets. Bought a new servo motor then.

    Glad you got it fixed
