This Artsign JSM40 uses Newlydraw.

I want to set up the origin at the top left. I have gone through all the settings on the windows all the way to the "Prop." screen. It seems that no matter what I do I can not get the origin to the top left. The carriage will go to the top right at start up. This seems OK but when I start engraving it will start at some random location, often on top of the frame. What I want is an engraving origin consistently at the top left of the bed.

I have changed all manner of settings in the various screens. The machine has a mind of its own. No surprise there.

Would this origin position be set in the config file? Haven't been in that more than to look at it.

It's really so simple anyone can do it. The cut or engraving starts right where you want it to. It will even repeat in exactly the same place over and over.
