If you have an "alien" image rather than original one or you have only a set of files (not an image)
you could undertake the next steps.

1. After formatting and partitioning as described below install DR-DOS 5.0 or DR-DOS 6.0 on the pure HDD.
To do so download the distributive packet of diskettes for installation.
Please do not confuse the bootable diskette and the installation diskette(s).
2. Install or just copy the Norton Commander let's say on disc D or E.
3. Copy files to root catalogue on disc C. These files have a little size so you may carry them over simply on diskettes.
4. Copy CU91 folder to disc C. This folder is not great too and is also carriable on diskette(s).
5. Try to substitute some files in root directory and/or CU91 folder totally.

Actually you should study the file structure on disc C as severe as possible.
The learning and the substitution of these files are key moments to achieve progress.

We have managed to repair successfully our Agiecut 220 having a damaged HDD.
We have done this with an aid of one russian fellow which had prompted to us the simpliest way how to do this.
Now our WDM is working ! Hurrah !

Thanks to your indications I have restored a CUT220, now I just have to set the correct language,
I have seen that in C: \ CU91 \ CU91MES.MES there is the language of the buttons, labels and messages,
there are 5 languages:
ENGLISH
DEUTSCH
RUSSIAN
FRANCAIS
ITALIAN
how do you set the language?

Hi, turbina,
that's an easy one. If the machine starts normally, at the very first screen that appears, just press "Esc" key. Then it will direct you to a "Main menu" screen, where, if I remember properly, F1 key is "Configuration pages". There is the option to change the language.

Does anyone have a disc image for Agie Sprint 20? My hard drive died and we have no image backups of it. Trying to replace the hard drive but have no O.S. to copy over. Please help!

is the keyboard powered on boot? check jumpers on the mainboard.

Thanks for the quick response. The keyboard light come on for a second and then off when I first boot up. I only have a operator not a service manual so I do not know which jumper on the board to check. I will send 2 pictures on the board with the ps2 connection. If you know which jumpers to change please let me know.

oh, that's Siemens industrial computer. Congratulations ! - general knowledge of motherbords is useless.
On the other hand, there is high probability to find good data sheet by model name.
On the third hand, a regular PS2 keyboard could be incompatible.
On the last hand, all necessary setting combinations could be achieved via jumpers at that jumper field.

Yes I tried doing a search on the internet for KSP-M45-R66 and all that came up was the board selling on e-bay. I will continue searching on the internet again hoping for the best. If you happen to come across the data sheet or find that the ps2 keyboard is not compatible, please let me know. If anyone else has any other ideas i would appreciate knowing.

The keyboard on the CF does not have an F10

check if there is "tab" on that keyboard
manys systems support cycling through options with "tab" key.

I tried using the TAB key when booting and in the bios but unfortunately it did not work. Thanks for the idea, it is appreciated. I am willing to try any ideas anyone has.

Hello, I would like to know at what point I need the "Final config" disk. yks said that this disk is a must for rebuilding a drive, but I can't find any indication in his manual at what point the "Final config" disk is needed. Maybe the master himself can tell you or someone else?
