    J325 kicks out before referencing

More help needed. Trying to fire up the Tree and as soon as I jog any axis to reference them, it kicks out the machine. I reset the power and it fires back up fine. I have tried 3 different ways of getting it to reference, but as soon as I jog any axis, poof. I remember seeing a thread once with I think a similar problem, but can't find it now. Getting a little frustrated.

If all your axis are doing it, my guess is the servo drives are actually not powering up. Check fuses and breakers, and see if the LED's are on on the drive cards.

    LED'S

The led's are not on on the drive cards, they are green on the cpu though. Will have to get new batteries in my tester before checking fuses and breakers, as they visibly look fine. Anything else to check? I really appreciate your help, as I am not electrically gifted.

Ok, all fuses and breakers are working. I have power going to the drive cards. The smaller plug is reading 15 and 30 volts at the plug. The larger one is getting 120 volts at the plug. While powered up, I pulled the plug coming from the drives themselves and got an estop error and kicked out the drives. Hit reset and all was good again. The leds on the cards do not light up yet, but assume that I have the correct power going to them and coming back? Where can I get some schematics that will help with the different voltages on the machine (J325)? Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help guys. I am mechanical, not really electrical, but am learning.
