hi all,
i am looking for someone or shop who can CNC a couple for small parts for me w/o me having to refi my house, and, i dont need them fed-x'd as of yesterday. rough dimensions are 1" dia 6061, the turbine looking item has 40tpi on the smaller outside radial (its an end cap, etc). the parts will look something like this (rough draft of parts, etc)

i attached DXF's to post #1. please note, i was just drafting in ViaCAD and did not use correct dimensions. outer dia will be right around 1". the height of the curves are 0.125" and their thickness right around 0.04", maybe thinner. i need to add 40tpi to the shoulder of the turbine wheel so it can thread into end of tube. that cone will actually have base dia od 0.5" and height of 0.5".
