I have a LC Plus 4896 Servo router. In the middle of running a job (seems to be the typical case with these) the controller shut down.

It runs on a dedicated XP Pro box with Build 420Q and no other programs or internet connection.

We reopened the program and now it asks repeatedly to enable the controller.
EStop is disengaged,
All the cables to the servos are tight.
The control box to PC cable is tight and all pins are perfect.
We only get a green light on the 24V indicator.
Hitting the Enable button does not trigger a blinking green Ready light.
Changed electrical supply connections several time, no joy.
Called Techno and they e-mailed a troubleshooting doc.
Tried all the recommended ideas, including jumping all the EStop pins... nothing.
Waiting for Techno support to call me... not likely anytime soon.

I am going to try swapping out my Motherboard in the PC as a last ditch effort... just to eliminate that as an issue.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
