hi guys
I am building a 5'x3' cnc router for woodworking
and i am thinking of buying this setup from homeshopcnc
3 motors rh34-640
Holding torque-Nm (oz/in) +/- 10% 4.6 (640)
Rated voltage 2.3
Rated current per phase (amps DC) 5.5
Resistance (Ohms) +/- 10% 0.42
Induction (mH) +/- 20% typical 3.5
Motor length (mm) 80
Rotor inertia (g-cm^2) 1400
Weight (kg) 2.3
$299.97
800VA Toroidal Transformer (60 Hz)
115 VAC or 230 VAC primaries; 48 VAC secondaries
Makes a 68 Volt, 11.75 Amp power supply when rectified.
Mounting hardware included. $85.00
10,000 MFD, 125 VDC Mallory Capacitor
Maximum surge 150 VDC $40.00
Bridge Recifier
250 Volts, 20 Amps $10.00
G201 - Step Motor
Microstepping motor drive
7A, 80VDC 10-microstep drive
Opto-isolated step / direction
Mid-band resonance damping
Silent 20kHz PWM switching
No low-speed vibration
my problem is i still need a interface board to go with this
any sugestions?
the geko drives to the motors I can get from geko but how the rest all wires together I 'm a little unsure ?
what kind and size of wire I should use?
is there a site I could go to help me build this part
thanks for your help Russell
