I am thinking about buying one since I want more rigidity and everything else that comes with a larger machine. I have some money saved and would like to get to something bigger. Plus, fate has put me in a place where my father's trade isn't doing well, and so I want to see if I can shift things.

I want to do strictly wood routing, 3d profiling, and the like. Currently, I own two smaller machines that lack rigidity although they're good for a certain products due to their small size.
So I am trying to go over a few things..
Firstly, has anybody used this machine? What's your impression of it? For the .005" repeatability how much does that weigh into wood routing? (I wish it were lower, but maybe I'm too concerned)
What sort of rigidity are you seeing? How immune is it to dust?
What kind of acceleration can I probably get? Would a 1.5KW VFD setup do well or should I go bigger?
Past that.. I guess I have an idea of what I'm getting myself into (Mach3 is foreign but I don't want to convert it to LinuxCNC) but I just want ensure that when I get it that it works for my needs.
Anyways thanks for the help. This forum and the whole CNC thing has made me cut my degree in half, so it's been life changing
