Hi,

We have a Daewoo PUMA 6-s serial #0593 with Fanuc O-T the machine has been shut down for 3-4 years and when we tried to hook it back up it turns out that the power and mainboard was fried. We have changed mainboard, power, I/O, memory and axis cards and successfully booted up again

We are now facing to add all parameters to get the machine up and running and by that we need some help

our specs:
All Fanuc parts:
Mainboard: A02B-0098-B511
Mainboard power: A16B-1212-0950
Graphic: A16B-2201-0350/07A
Memory: A16B-2201-0101/07A
I/O: A16B-1211-0970/01A
Axis: A16B-2200-0391
X axis Motor: A06B-0128-B177

Power supply A06B-6087-H115
Spindle amp: A06B-6088-H215
Servo amp: A06B-6+079-H208

Any input to get us back up running in terms of parameters would be greatly apriciated, sorry for any bad English

Hi, we tried the Norwegian supplier but no luck since they claim this machine is too old and they did not save any parameter settings for them, they could try to contact manufacturer but it could take weeks before they got reply for this type

Hi, we have tried those with no luck, it seems there are some changes between the 6-S and the 8-S, our main concern is that they use different servo/motor parameters and by that it does not communicate with the I/O and axis card from the mainboard, ty for the reply
