Can any one give me advise on speeds and feeds wit hss cutters on graphite.

My advice would be to use carbide tools, preferably with a diamond coating. This is how the shops that machine a lot of graphite do it.
It cuts fairly easily, but is very abrasive, and will dull the cut edge quickly. The other important key is to be constantly feeding, if it dwells and rubs for even a few seconds, it will be toast.
