Boss laser 1630 or Thunder Nova 35

I’m really confused as to which laser to buy. I like both and need some help deciding. Boss have a good track record here in the USA with a lot of users. Thunder doesn’t have that much of a following here but looks like a better made machine. I’m concerned about support and if I need a part being here in USA.

I've had a Nova 24 for about a year now and have had no major issues with the machine, aside from an intermittent "Water Error" problem that I was able to resolve myself. US-based support wasn't of much help with that but they did manage the import from China and freight transport from the port directly to my garage door with no issues.

Spoke to Clay here in the USA and looks like I’m leaning toward the Thunder Laser Nove 35. I do like the Nova 24 but it might be a bit too small.

I went with the TL Nova 24 only because that was about the largest model that could be moved to my basement, though it's still in the garage..

How’s the quality of the machine. Is it made well?

The Nova 24 seems to be well made - properly routed and tagged wires, name brand steppers, decent gauge sheet metal that seems stiff and it came with spare parts with "tool" box, decnt (quiet) blower, air assist pump, CW-5000 chiller and a 3-jaw chuck-type rotary that has its own driver connection. Z lift is motorized as well.

Awesome. I’m ordering the Nova 35 next week. Thanks for info.
