How to tool change recovery - Biesse Rover 27

Tool change recovery - Biesse Rover 27 (2001 series 15408)
The issue is that the machine got stuck midway through the tool change cycle and remembers that the carousel should be under the spindle. Every time I try to start the machine or turning on the air, the carousel automatically moves under the lowered spindle, risking a collision. I manually moved the carousel away from the spindle to reset the machine, but it still remembers the carousel's position and keeps trying to return to it.
How can I reset the tool change procedure? P.S. The tool didn’t change most likely due to low air pressure.

P.S.2 Thank you but ... I need to cancel the procedure programmatically first. Understand that when I turn on the air, the carousel immediately moves under the spindle. But the spindle, as you can probably guess, is fully lowered without air. The photo perfectly shows the situation. This is exactly how everything is positioned before turning on the air, and when I turn on the air, the carousel moves as indicated by the finger. And I repeat that: no resets, machine restart or power-offs change this situation.

Update from today: I disconnected the carousel air , which was simple, and started the machine. After STOP-RESET, I get the following message as shown in the pic...
