Checkin In After a Long Pause ...

So much has happened since I last logged into CNC ZONE.

I just want to put a few things out there ...

I have amassed several PlasmaCam and Samson 510 tables, all purchased from online auctions. I am NOT selling any complete tables or issuing any DesignEdge software licenses. I have PARTS. LOTS OF PARTS!

If you are interested in expanding your 4x4 to a 4x8 table, I have the PARTS.

If you want to convert your 4x4 to a 4x10, or a 4x5, or 5x8 or whatever ... I have the PARTS.

If you want to convert your 2x2 Go Torch to a 4x4 or any other size ...I have the PARTS.

I also have developed a way to convert a 4x4 into a 4x8 table with a BUILT-IN PIPE CUTTER that does not require you to disassemble your table in order to cut pipe.

I have spare carriage assemblies, spare gantries, spare legs, frame components, rails, and more.

I also have SIX brand new Go Torch machines to sell. Four of the six are still in the original shipping boxes, UNOPENED, and ready to be put into service. I have two other Go Torch machines that are NEW, and never used, but they are assembled.

I would like to sell most of this stuff, as I am moving to lasers and 3D printers now, so the PlasmaCam stuff is taking a back burner.

I have added way too many machines to my shops, to list here. Lasers, 3D printers, hydraulic metal workers, planers, saws, and most recently, I added a 1000 Watt ATLAS 4x8 Fiber Laser table that is just awesome! I also purchased an XTOOL MetalFab machine, and several other machines.

My FrankenBarn is now nearly 10,000 sq. ft. in size, and the metal shop is also quite large.

So I am working hard to get my shop operational, and PROFITABLE once again, now that the covid zombie apocalypse has ended.

Contact me with any questions, thoughts or concerns!

Re: Checkin In After a Long Pause ...

Old age is creeping up on me. I sure wish I was 26 instead of 66!

I am focusing on getting all of these machines working, and profitable, after a nearly five-year hiatus. I have made absolutely NOTHING in my shops since early 2020.

I have to say, the laser is just orgasmic, to watch it slice through 1/4" plate steel and leave behind a straight clean cut with zero dross! It makes me want to sell my plasma table, but I know that it still has its purpose, if only to slice large sheets into smaller pieces. It can do plates and gussets, sure. Metal art ... Yes. But the laser is so much better!

Things will begin to happen soon, and I will once again get involved in the world. Lets all hope the country holds together!
