Hello everyone,

I'm planning to perform an oil change on the B and C rotary axis of our Haas UMC-750 (approximately 2014 model year). Due to our remote location, official service support is not readily available, and we need to handle this maintenance ourselves. We also currently lack access to the official documentation.
We believe we have identified the correct type and viscosity of oil to use (Mobil SHC634). Our primary concern is determining the correct oil volume for each axis (B and C separately) and confirming the proper procedure for filling to the correct level.

I would appreciate assistance from experienced users, setup technicians, or service engineers кто has practical experience servicing the UMC-750, especially models from a similar period.
We are seeking information on the following points for the B and C axes:
1. Oil Volume:
-What is the exact or approximate oil volume (in liters or milliliters) required for the B-axis?
-What is the exact or approximate oil volume required for the C-axis?
-Is the fill procedure always strictly to level (until oil overflows from the check plug), or are there specific volumes that should be added in some cases?
2. Plug Locations:
-Where are the drain plugs located for the B-axis and C-axis? (Photos or detailed descriptions of their locations would be very helpful).
-Where are the fill/level plugs located for the B-axis and C-axis?
3. Axis Positioning for Service:
-What is the correct B-axis position for the most complete oil drain?
-What is the correct C-axis position for the most complete oil drain?
-What is the correct B-axis position for accurate oil filling and level checking?
-What is the correct C-axis position for accurate oil filling and level checking? (This is particularly important for achieving the correct level).
4. Procedure and Details:
-Are there any specific considerations or potential issues to be aware of when draining or filling the oil on these axes?
-Is it necessary to replace any seals (O-rings, washers) on the plugs with each oil change? If so, what type?
-Is any specialized equipment required for filling (other than a funnel/syringe), or are standard tools sufficient?
-What are the torque specifications for the drain and fill plugs (if known)?
-What should be observed in the condition of the old drained oil (e.g., presence of metal particles, water)?

Any practical information, advice, photos, or even partial answers to these questions, especially regarding oil volumes, would be immensely helpful.

Thank you!
