    tuning motors mach3

    Hello.
    I need to know, how compute Steps per, velocity and acceleration for my motors.
    I am using a motor from probotix HT23-200-6 it is 1.8° /200 Steps Per Rev
    the screw have 16 star for inch an this screw is 3/8 thick
    the screw which has a 1.2mm pitch
    I want to set up the machine in mm's
    microsteper setting is 1/4
    it could be full 1/4, 1/2, 1/8, 1/64
    the software is Mach3.

    any helps are welcome.

    I don't know what this means? Do you want to set up the machine in inches or mm's?
