It is a fixture that will hold pieces of Ti at 3/8 diameter. That way i can machine 7 pieces at once instead of doing it one at a time. They will hopefully end up as a micro dermal for body piercing.

    Looks good,

Make sure all the pieces are tight before running, and pull out any that are loose or you'll get a oops moment. I've had that happen before... one piece just small enough that the jaws didn't hold it tight enough, and when the cutter hit it....... oops

    Cheers,

to prevent any oopses you might want to mill a keyway right true the middle of the fixture. That will make sure the vice is gripping the workpieces instead of itself and having your work spin fly damage or break your cutter.

seven to 1 !now that's improvement ,so keep up the progress !!

    good lukk.
Finally CHIPS you can have as much as you can without the doc. complainting about your cholesterol.

How did you do it Greg? Did you design it in CAD and then generate the G Code through a CAM package?

    Now your mill is dirty
