    Wells Index Mill

I have a Wells Index mill with 575 voltage -- can I convert it to 220 and have the motor rewired. If not what is the best way to hook this up in a residential garage?

    Horsepower is 1.5 RPMs 1800, 1.75AMP, PH3CY60, model MB8461-X.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Most likely most of the control electrics will be sourced from 240/120vac, so if you only have one three phase motor, then look at replacing it with a 220 3phase motor and use a VFD for conversion from 1ph to 3ph, you will also have speed control, if it does not already have.
Feed the machine from a suitable 240v 1phase outlet, you may have to remove/change a control transformer or two.
Check for any other 3phase devices though.
